No. GBA certification does not replace medical licensure, nursing credentials, IBCLC certification, or any government-issued professional license.
3.Does GBA provide direct doula services?
Grace Birth Alliance is primarily a professional organization and certification body. It may provide directories or referrals to certified members, but direct service arrangements are made separately.
4.Can certification help with reimbursement?
GBA certification is designed to support professional documentation and credential verification. Reimbursement eligibility depends on each employer benefit program, insurance plan, agency policy, or third-party platform.
